Joining The Cellar Wine Bistro Wine Club is easy:
just complete the form with your information and your wine club selection of Vin Rouge, Vin Blanc, or Vin Deux, and
either bring it into The Cellar Wine Bistro or email it to us at cellar422wines@gmail.com.

Each month we will email you to let you know when your credit card will be charged and when you can pick up your wines. It’s that simple!
