Wine 101 with Ben
We have a new distributor at The Cellar Wine Bistro name Ben Probst-Renaud of Magda Wines and he is bringing us all Natural Wines. We have long been a fan of producers who practice organic, biodynamic and/or natural winemaking practices, and this is where Ben really shines. He is going to tell us all about the wines and the stories of how they came into being. Chef Ethan will pair appetizers with the wines we taste. $25/person, 6pm start time. We will be taking some vacation time from July 19 - 27, returning on Tuesday, July 28.
Let's Dine In!
The Cellar Wine Bistro will be re-opening for dining in service on Tuesday, June 16 at 5:00pm. Chef Ethan is rolling out his summer menu and we will have a new 'Wines By The Glass' menu, as well. Seating is limited, so reservations are recommended, but not necessary. Keep in mind that street-scaping is happening, so parking can require you to walk a few extra steps, but once we have outdoor seating it will all be worth it. We look forward to seeing you all soon!
We are right in the middle of the Streetscaping Project and will be getting a patio with lots of outdoor seating, hopefully by mid-August. We are open for inside dining, however, so please feel free to come spend an evening with us and check out the progress while you dine.
