The Cellar Wine Bistro Grand Reopening!!!
The Cellar Wine Bistro (previously Cellar 422) will be reopening Tuesday August 27th at our new location 1001 Main Street! Come join us for fantastic wine, great food, and good times.
Every Wednesday, all night, The Cellar has list of wines we feature for $5/glass. The list changes each week so come in and see what we are pouring!
Cellar 422 Becomes The Cellar Wine Bistro
Cellar 422 has moved up Main Street to a newer, larger and better location at 1001 Main. We have been busy for the last couple of months getting it all ready to serve you, our loyal customers, delicious food and wine, as always. While the remodeling is wrapping up, permits are being processed. Watch for updates on opening around the third week of August. Thank you for your patience!
Cellar 422’s Last Night @ 422 Main
Come out this weekend and celebrate our last night at the 422 Main Street location! There will be lots of laughter, fun, and wine specials. We will be opening at a new location on 1001 Main Street by the first of August. If you are a Wine Club member, it’s a great opportunity to pick up your wine before we make the move. Hope to see you all this weekend!
Celebrate Spring Rosé Night!
Come celebrate Spring at Cellar 422 on Monday, May 6 from 5 to 8pm and usher in the new crop of Rosés! We will have a few of our wine reps on hand pouring several new, delicious ones to taste. Something for every Rosé lover. The wines will be available for purchase that night. $10/person for tasting
Live Music with Claire Tchoula!
Thursday, March 7, 6 to 9pm come out to Cellar 422 to hear our own sweet Claire Tchoula from Sheeza! perform her own original music including some awesome new songs! Come early, find a seat, order some dinner and wine, sit back, relax and enjoy!
Jigar Wines Night – Tasting with the Winemaker
Mark your calendars and don’t miss the opportunity to get to taste with Purdue grad and Jigar Winemaker Josh Bartels. Josh will be on hand from 6 to 8pm on Tuesday, March 12 to taste us through all of our favorite Jigar wines and talk about the winery and its practices. Free to the public, no reservations necessary.
Valentine’s Day Dinner
Cellar 422 is taking reservations for Valentine’s Day! This is a night for love so Chef Ethan has designed an Italian themed menu. We will do two seatings for the evening, 6:00 and 8:00pm, $50/person. Suggested wine pairings by the bottle or glass are additional. Devil’s Trumpet Beer Tasting
Wondering what to do on a Tuesday night? If you or your SO, friends, mother, brother (you get the idea) like checking out new brews, come to Cellar 422 on Tuesday, February 12th from 6 to 8pm and meet Chris Pearson from Devil’s Trumpet Brewing Co. in Merrillville, Indiana. Chris will be tasting us on several of the beers they brew and talking about the brewery. Great opportunity to check out a brewery you may not have heard of and you don’t even have to leave Lafayette!
Wine Tasting with Michelle
Mark your calendars for Tuesday, February 5 from 6 to 8 pm. We will be doing a fun and informative wine tasting featuring four of our Reserve Menu wines. This will be like a Wine 101, but more informal. Michelle will be going over all the geeky stuff about the wines, talking about the producers, their practices, their stories and, of course, we will be tasting the wines! No reservations necessary, $15/person.
